Beyul Hidden Lands

What happens if you’re told that the life you’ve lived so far was only a lie?

Nineteen-year-old Nilza Wangmo’s mother has gone missing, and an enigmatic stranger is at her door, claiming that her uncle has sent him to escort her to Béyul – a place she has never heard of. With the hopes of finding her mother there, Nilza embarks on a journey to a mystical realm hidden deep in the Himalayas behind invisible portals. Béyul, a land that came into existence under the benevolence of moon goddess Surimi, is ruled only by queens and guarded by an ancient guardian spirit whose part-human, part-beast manifestation is particularly tied to Nilza’s fate. What awaits Nilza in the ancient realm alters her life forever.

Béyul Hidden Lands is a retelling of The Beauty and the Beast using ancient Himalayan myths and folklore surrounding the Yeti.
